Hey there, I’m Shanna — fiancée, mom, and founder of Prime Coaching. After going through my own transformation — from being my heaviest and most lost, to rebuilding my health, strength, and confidence following divorce & motherhood, I knew I wanted to help others do the same.
That passion led me to coaching full-time and eventually creating Prime Coaching. Now, I focus on helping women thrive during midlife — especially through perimenopause and beyond. My approach combines tailored fitness, nutrition, mindset, and education coaching to help you feel strong, confident, and in control of your body again.
